As an Oracle Finance Functional Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Oracle practice, you will manage the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Leading teams in the analysis and integration of Oracle Finance solutions to meet client strategic objectives
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful Oracle Finance implementations
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle Financials
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Overseeing financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards using Oracle Financials
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
- Encouraging team development by mentoring and leveraging individual strengths to enhance performance
- Embracing technology and innovation to drive finance transformation initiatives
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members to maintain project momentum

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing financial modeling and forecasting to drive strategic decisions
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and regulatory compliance
- Managing finance transformation projects with a focus on process improvement
- Leading teams in delivering client-focused financial solutions
