As an Oracle EPM PCMCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of helping clients optimize their operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections and guide Associates and other junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Your role will involve navigating complex situations, enhancing your personal brand, and deepening your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools, helping clients improve their financial planning and analysis processes. You will be expected to take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing and guiding teams in the development and deployment of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions
- Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to discern patterns and inform strategic decision-making
- Developing and maintaining financial planning and analysis processes to enhance client performance
- Applying business rules development to support financial forecasting and profitability management
- Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform insights and recommendations for clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for informed decision-making
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
- Managing financial planning and forecasting processes effectively
- Excelling in business process analysis and optimization
