As an Oracle CPQ - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by implementing and configuring Oracle's suite of applications. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, providing training, and supporting the seamless integration of business applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will focus on managing the entire customer journey, from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas. Responsibilities
- Implementing and configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, and customer experience solutions to align with organizational needs
- Analyzing client requirements to optimize operational efficiency through Oracle's suite of applications
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization
- Collaborating with clients to understand their strategic objectives and tailor solutions accordingly
- Utilizing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction
- Leveraging analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards while maintaining compliance with firm guidelines
- Developing meaningful client connections and anticipating the needs of teams and clients
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex data insights
- Managing client relationships within Oracle Customer Experience (CX) environments
- Applying critical thinking to solve intricate business challenges
- Navigating ambiguity to deliver client-focused solutions
