As an Oracle Cloud Technical - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various purposes within an organization, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure through challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored Oracle technology strategies and solutions
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products to support business objectives
- Guiding teams in the development and deployment of Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher solutions
- Facilitating business transformation initiatives through strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure enhancements
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and drive process improvement initiatives
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine Oracle technology solutions
- Directing teams through challenging situations, demonstrating composure and adaptability in uncertain environments

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for strategic insights
- Leading business transformation initiatives with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Applying strategic technology planning to drive process optimization
- Excelling in storytelling to convey complex technical concepts
