About this Operator (f/m/d) role at Freudenberg Group

Responsibilities:
Operation of molding/forming machines
Inspection of produced parts, including very small components, in accordance with applicable inspection instructions and within specified time requirements
Finishing and post-processing of produced parts
Responsibility for the separate collection and recording of recyclable and non-recyclable materials
Assisting the setup technician during the setup of forming wheel extrusion systems, haul-off, cutting and winding equipment, as well as in the production and inspection of profiles with and without wire reinforcement
Maintenance of SPC defect collection charts/cards
Packaging of products in accordance with specifications
Preparation of performance reports
Responsibility for compliance with established work processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing and/or production processes.
Ideally, technical vocational training or education, which is considered an additional advantage.
German language skills at a minimum B1 level.
Willingness to work in a three-shift operation.
