Wolseley Industrial Group is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Accounting Coordinator in our La Porte location. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion dollar organization, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
- Perform duties necessary for preparing bills, invoices and statements for payment.
- Follow up on discrepancies and maintains customer files.
- Receives validation and entry documents.
- Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.
- May update or recommend improvements to internal processes.
- Other operational duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- 1 year of prior operations experience required
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office), professional phone etiquette
- Must be able to use various office machines and equipment
- Must be able to pass background check & drug screen
- Be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines, build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere.

Work Schedule:
8am to 5pm, Monday – Friday + OT as needed

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $20.63-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
