Job Description:

This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing. Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling experience is preferred. Individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles and UCCs for Banc of America Leasing & Capital. 

• Conducting due diligence via system of record (SOR) and vendor portals. 

• Accurate preparation of lien release documentation, signing and notary execution, and communication with internal and external clients. 

• Updating System of Record (SOR) with release status for tracking purposes

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Leasing documentation and credit structures

• Experience preparing Bill of Sale, Power of Attorney, Lien Release Letter, UCC terminations, or other collateral documents

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.

• Well organized and efficient; adept at multitasking in a fast paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with focus in Word and Excel

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with LMS or Alfa

• Experience releasing titles

• Experience with Dealflo
