Job Description
- Lead the analysis of incident, loss, near-miss, and risk data to identify emerging risks, recurring incidents, and actionable risk insights.
- Develop and maintain Early Warning Indicators (EWIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk dashboards, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Drive proactive risk detection, monitoring, and escalation through data-driven analytics, intelligence frameworks, and control enhancement recommendations.
- Leverage AI, automation, and digital technologies to transform incident management, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and operational risk processes.
- Support governance committees, senior management, and regulatory requirements through advanced risk reporting, special risk initiatives, and risk culture programs.
- Partner with stakeholders across Business Units and Support Functions to strengthen incident remediation, operational resilience, and effective risk management practices.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management, Incident & Loss Management, Problem Management, Operational Investigation/Fact Finding, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with proven experience in incident trend analysis, risk analytics, business intelligence, or operational data analytics.
- Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI (GenAI) applications in Risk Management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
