Responsible for the end-to-end management of technical and commercial proposals for public and private sector clients, supporting solution portfolios across business in HP

Led complex RFP, RFQ, and bid management processes, ensuring efficient workflow coordination, stakeholder alignment, approval governance, and mitigation of contractual and legal risks.

Developed competitive, customer-centric proposals and technical solutions that aligned business objectives with client requirements, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Maintained compliance with pricing policies, approval frameworks, and corporate governance standards.

Conducted post-submission and post-award reviews to identify improvement opportunities, optimize proposal strategies, increase win rates, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
