About this Operador de Produção I role at Höganäs
About the Position
Atividades:
Auxiliar nas atividades operacionais de Redução, Mistura, Metal Tablets e HMT sempre que solicitado;
Movimentar, organizar e separar materiais e insumos em processo e/ou acabados com auxílio de empilhadeira;
Abastecimento do silo do Forno de Redução com auxílio de empilhadeira e/ou ponte rolante;
Realizar atividades de sacarias, troca de Big Bags, separação e identificação de materiais;
Realizar pesagem, preparar de misturas, operar prensa, embalar e identificar materiais na RMT;
Realizar moagem, britagem, peneiramento, mistura, embalagem e identificação dos materiais na HMT;
Realizar movimentação e empilhamento de bags, pallets, ferramentas, equipamentos, refratários e outros insumos/materiais, através do uso de empilhadeira e/ou ponte-rolante, internamente e/ou em depósitos, armazéns e pátios;
Contribuir na realização de inventário periódico;
Contribuir com o 5S e TPM das áreas Redução, Mistura, Metal Tablets e HMT;
Participar dos DDS e reuniões de pulso com a finalidade de orientação e comunicação;
Participar das reuniões de melhorias com foco em otimização de processo;
Manter registros em check-lists, seja relacionado a produção ou a equipamentos de auxílio (empilhadeira, ponte rolante etc.), conforme procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;
Utilização dos sistemas: M3 (ERP), MS (Documentos); Kanborad (Ordens de Produção); AMS (Melhorias); Sistema eletrônico de Check-list e Sistema de Análise de Laboratório.
Substituir o Operador de RMT II de forma parcial quando necessário;
