What you do
1. Solicit new business loan opportunities through active acquisition of unsecured loan products.
2. Understand the business life cycle of small businesses to help them expand their reach and provide prudent financial solutions to support the companies’ growth.
3. Demonstrate good credit acumen with ability to mitigate financing risk to ensure robustness of our credit portfolio.
4. Strong cross team collaborations with internal and external stakeholders to nurture and grow new business and partnership opportunities.
Who you work with
1. You will work with stakeholders to ensure that new business loans onboarded are of good quality.
2. You will facilitate the loan application for customer and ensure that they has the best experience right from the start.
How you succeed
1. Degree holder, with min. 1-2 years of credit and sales experience covering local SMEs preferred.
2. Fervent individual who is self-driven and possesses the willingness to take on additional initiatives to drive the overall business strategy.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with customers
4. Sound analytical skills with ability to interpret and analyse company financials
5. Passionate individual who is innovative and enjoys a dynamic work environment.
6. Highly focused, driven and results-oriented individual.
