Job Description Summary
Location: Hybrid. CDMXAs Onboarding Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that help commercial teams build confidence, strengthen capabilities, and succeed from the start. You’ll translate business priorities into impactful training and onboarding programs, assess evolving learning needs, and partner across the organization to continuously improve sales effectiveness. This is an opportunity to directly influence how our teams develop and deliver greater value for customers and patients.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales onboarding and training strategy to strengthen commercial capabilities and support business priorities.
- Design engaging learning experiences that prepare sales teams to perform confidently and effectively.
- Assess capability and brand knowledge to identify learning needs and prioritize development opportunities.
- Partner with commercial stakeholders to deliver training for new products, programs, and organizational priorities.
- Coach and support sales teams to continuously improve customer interactions and overall effectiveness.
- Measure training impact and use insights to continuously enhance onboarding and capability-building programs.
Essential Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering sales onboarding, training, or commercial capability-building programs.
- Strong understanding of sales effectiveness, learning principles, and capability development.
- Demonstrated ability to assess learning needs and translate business priorities into practical training solutions.
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- University Degree required.
