Position Summary

 

The OM & Demand Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for Order Management and Demand activities, ensuring alignment between customer and regional requirements, plant capacity, material availability, NPI readiness, and production execution. The role owns the consolidation of demand, capacity analysis and regional allocation for NORAM and LATAM, while coordinating cross-functional execution to provide reliable delivery commitments and protect OTD, OTR and lead-time performance. In addition, the position acts as the End-to-End Owner of the Metal Cards flow, coordinating transactions, inventory, invoicing and logistics activities with CompoSecure and internal stakeholders. Through indirect cross-functional leadership, the role drives priorities, escalates constraints and ensures timely execution across NPI, Planning, Materials, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance, Sales and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

Order Management

Provide accurate FCDs considering NPI status, capacity availability and materials ETA; prepare and follow up the transfer plan; coordinate sample validation, materials arrival and on-time production execution.

Demand Coordination

Prepare the monthly production plan at least at budget level; consolidate the monthly forecast; own capacity analysis and regional allocation; analyze transfer strategy and propose solutions for on-time execution NORAM & LATAM.

Metal Cards Transactions

Owner of the End-to-End Metal Card Flow.

Receive module and card-body purchase orders; manage unplanned issues, reconciliations and inventory control; process virtual shipments and Metal Cards invoicing; support logistics quotations and shipment follow-up.



Requirements :

Formal Education:

Engineering or Business Administration

Languages:

Fluent English

IT/Software:

Advanced Excel; Microsoft Office; ERP systems

Experience in years:

At least 3 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning or related manufacturing functions.

3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional and/or regional coordination responsibilities.

Technical Knowledge:

Demand & Capacity Planning; Order Management; Production Planning; Inventory Management; Supply Chain Fundamentals; Manufacturing Processes; Material Requirements Planning (MRP); Forecast Analysis; Capacity Analysis; Order-to-Delivery Flow; KPI Management (OTD/OTR/Lead Time).
