About this Offshore Crane Operator / Mechanic role at EnerMech

EnerMech is looking for experienced Offshore Crane Operators / Mechanics to join our Cranes & Lifting Operations team.
This is a hands-on offshore role combining safe crane operations with mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repair of offshore pedestal cranes and associated lifting equipment.
What we’re looking for:
- OPITO Offshore Crane Operator Stage 3 (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ offshore crane operating experience
- Minimum 3 years’ crane maintenance experience
- Recognised Mechanical/Engineering trade qualification
- Experience with pedestal and/or knuckle-boom cranes
- Strong hydraulic, mechanical and crane fault-finding capability
- Experience with supply vessel operations and dynamic offshore lifts
- Valid BOSIET/FOET, offshore medical and relevant offshore certification
- Strong commitment to safe lifting operations and Stop Work Authority
Experience working to API RP 2D, BS 7121 Part 11 and offshore lifting standards is highly desirable.
You’ll be responsible for operating, inspecting, maintaining and troubleshooting offshore cranes, helping ensure high equipment availability and safe, reliable lifting operations.
