Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries on banking services at concierge to provide high quality services to customers.
• Greet, direct, and manage customers’ interactions to ensure a premium service experience.
• Assist relationship managers to serve high net worth customers in their basic banking needs and/or wealth management needs.
• Assist client take-on process; particularly account opening documentation with high net worth customers.
• Provide logistical support for meetings, including room bookings, equipment setup, and materials preparation.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects for Private Banking Department.
• Take accountability for providing excellent service and resolving customer problems promptly and professionally.
• Comply with anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing controls in accordance with regulatory standards and CNCBI policies.

Requirements:

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in retail banking or customer service.
• Sound knowledge on banking policy and operational procedures
• Self-motivated with good sales and service orientation
• Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
