Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and support business initiative include new product, control and reporting
• Drive and develop solution to automate and streamline operation workflow, and improve operation control
• Perform regular and adhoc reporting MIS, regulatory reports
• Design and implement data analytical tools
• Drive TMO fintech and transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent. Science, Engineering or Data Analyst related is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technology, control and operations is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of treasury and global markets products, not limited to Derivatives, FX/MM, Capital Markets and Securities.
• Sound knowledge of Middle Office, Operational Risk, Front Office and Settlement functions.
• Excellent analytical skill and logical sense is a must.
• Proficient in Python, Tableau, SQL or VBA is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.
