Job Description:

The Quality Assurance/ Inventory Control Specialist role will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy/quality for the complete product life cycle from receiving to shipping. This position will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control. 

What You’ll Do 

● Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives

● Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed 

● Maintain polite and professional communication email and face to face interactions with co-workers and customers 

● Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data

● Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal 

● Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business 

● Organize and prioritize large volumes of information 

● Respond to questions as needed 

● Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment 

● Adhere to ELG Safety standards 

● Other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor 

● Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments 

What You Bring 

● High school diploma 

● One year of administrative experience 

● Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs(Word , Power Point, and Excel).

● High attention to detail 

● Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 

● Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business 

● Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision 

● Ability to work effectively on a team and independently

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
