About this Office / Engineer - Purchase role at Munters
•To collaborate with product development teams to source materials and services.
•To initiates procurement by sending inquiries and collecting quotations.
• Analyse quotations to evaluate cost differences, quality, and supplier reliability.
•To engage in negotiations for favourable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
•To prepares Purchase Orders based on agreed terms and conditions.
•To do order Follow-Up: Monitors order progress and resolves issues to ensure timely delivery. payments, Alert superior / management on sticky, doubtful or bad debts, require knowledge of GST, Bank guarantees, L/Cs, etc., Preparing MIS.

Qualification :-DME/ BE (Mechanical Engineering)
Experience in years 2 - 3 Years in relevant field
