Responsibilities:


  • Full WAW office coordination,
  • Information and correspondence flow on international level,
  • Provide an efficient and professional coordination of daily office work,
  • Corporate events organization (internal and external),
  • Planning and preparation of meetings for international stakeholders,
  • Finance related task (vendor correspondent), 
  • Office equipment and stationary supplies orders (incl. marketing) for country scope.


Requirements:


  • min 3 years in experience in a fast-paced Administration Department in the international environment (on daily basis),
  • Driving license B. cat. (must have),
  • Open minded person & case solving skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Customer service and task orientation,
  • Attention to details,
  • English and Polish proficiency, 
  • MS 365 Office proficiency,
  • SAP experience/knowledge - nice to have.
