As the Associate, Office Coordinator, you will support company operations in our Armenia office on a 4-week contract basis. The goal is to make both Titans and guests of Titans comfortable and valued. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined to get things done from A to Z. You should be able to deal with emergencies timely and effectively while streamlining office operations in a calm and pleasant manner. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

What you'll do:

• Provide coverage at the front desk as needed by scheduling, tracking, greeting, and directing visitors and guests.
• Conduct regular office check-ups to support and manage the office space, ensuring cleanliness, security, organization, and seat management.
• Responsibly manage stationery orders, medicine, and employee nourishment: lunch, drinks, snacks.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Help plan/execute company events and communicate with vendors
• Identify, suggest, and implement improvements to existing processes for greater efficiency, including leveraging AI and automation tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to independently plan daily and weekly tasks efficiently.
• Juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with increasing efficiency.
• Be flexible for working late shifts (up until 9 pm).

• Proven work experience as an office/workplace coordinator
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to lead a project from A to Z with some guidance
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Dedicated to providing best-in-class service for Team members
• Ability and strong desire to automate processes using AI tools
• Strong written, verbal, organization & problem-solving skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Fluency in Armenian and English
• Excellent knowledge of GoogleDocs & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Higher education is a plus
