We are seeking a detail‑oriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our team! In this essential role you’ll help provide key administrative support. If you enjoy supporting a team, work you can grow in, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, we’d love to have you apply.
What’s Available:
- 36 hours/weekly, Full-time (.9 FTE)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours, between 7am-5pm, flexible scheduling
- Department: Medical Oncology, Surgical, & Digestive Care Units
- Location: On‑site, La Crosse Main Campus

What you will do:
- Serve as a key point of contact for departments and staff, providing exceptional administrative support.
- Manage data entry, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and other clerical functions.
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and departmental events.
- Assist with staff scheduling, timecard management, and other projects as needed.
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
- Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred
- Proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
