Job Description:

Prestige Beverage Group, a leading importer and innovator of award-winning wines and spirits from around the world, is seeking an energetic and organized Office & Customer Coordinator. This role supports our growing team through a variety of administrative, customer service, and office management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Be the main point of contact for all office management tasks
• Assist the executive team on a regular basis with travel, calendars/meetings, meals
• Receive and handle all inbound/outbound mail and sample requests
• Track packages and resolve any issues with FedEx UPS and other carriers
• Receive and handle all Point-of-Sale requests
• Manage the PBG sample room inventory and order process
• Support and organize any large in-house meetings (scheduling, meal order/delivery)
• Work closely with the Prestige Social Committee and help orchestrate any office happy hours, team parties, team volunteer days
• Communicate with the corporate maintenance, cleaning, and security departments for any office related issues or needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, or other related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience as an assistant, office manager, or relevant role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organization and ability to multitask and prioritize work

Job Requirements:

·       High School diploma

·       Two years or more experience in Customer Service or equivalent work experience

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Experience with Microsoft Suite & D365 desired.

·       Must be flexible to work schedule and ability to adjust for changes in workload.

·       Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Possess strong work ethic and team player mentality.
