We are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for an office administrator with excellent organisation skills and personable disposition to keep us thriving.  The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises.  Your role is to help create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.  Join our team and help us capture the future.

Key Responsibilities 

·Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and wider team members.

·Coordinate meetings, diaries, travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.

·Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.

·Support document control processes and ensure records are maintained in accordance with company procedures.

·Manage incoming correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries.

·Assist with onboarding activities for new employees and visitors.

·Maintain training records, holiday trackers and departmental administration logs.

·Coordinate company events, meetings and site visits as required.

·Work collaboratively with departments across the business to ensure administrative processes run efficiently.

·Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support business operations.

Requirements

·Previous experience in administrative, office support or coordinator role.

·Excellent organisational and time management skills.

·Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·Professional and proactive approach to work.

·Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
