Sales Representative Off Tade

Employer: Pernod Ricard Hungary Kft.
Location: Hungary – field-based position
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, with flexible scheduling.

Position Objective

To increase the sales of Pernod Ricard Hungary Kft. brands at hospitality venues and at wholesale units serving these establishments. To implement brand-building marketing activities, ensure visibility of key brands, and monitor competitor activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales with existing and new partners
• Continuously expand the existing partner base
• Identify new business opportunities in the Horeca sector
• Develop customized offers for partners, prepare and follow up on proposals
• Independently manage partner relationships: track customer needs, handle complaints, expand product portfolio
• Improve availability and sales of our brands at partner locations
• Organize marketing activities and educational programs
• Conduct tasting events
• Maintain accurate administration and records
• Monitor and report on competitor activities

Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian
• Minimum secondary education
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a persuasive style
• Ability to work independently
• Mindset of managing the territory as a responsible owner
• Openness to continuous learning
• Valid category B driving license and confident driving skills
