Reporting to the EEMEA Regional OEM Manager, OEM Technical Support Specialist Eastern Europe is responsible for supporting both on-site and remote pre-sales activities, assisting OEM Sales Manager in developing technical solutions for complex projects. This role manages customer equipment trials, serves as the single point of contact from sale to installation and acceptance, creates technical documentation, develops presentations and guides, and delivers technical training to OEM engineering and service teams. Although this role is a technical one,  it is still very much close contact with OEM sales team. Ultimate goal is to develop strategic partnerships with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers, driving growth through solution-based selling and long-term account development. This role plays a critical part in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Videojet as a preferred partner. The position will be located in Poland (hybrid/field-based).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Leading and growing strategic relationships with key OEM accounts, acting as the primary contact for high-value partnerships
• Representing Videojet at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
• Travel: This role requires frequent travel (50%- 60%), primarily within Poland. This role is also responsible for supporting key indirect countries in Eastern Europe like Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece and Israel.
•  Support on-site and remote pre-sales activities to assist OEM Sales Engineers with developing technical solutions for complex projects 
• Manages customer equipment trials by defining equipment and accessory needs, custom hardware and software, and installation scheduling and execution 
• Serves as single point of contact for OEM customers from point of sale to installation execution and factory acceptance test sign off 
• Creates technical documentation to support proposals and onsite execution 
• Develops commercial and OEM-facing technical presentations and application guides/tools 
• Prepares and executes technical training to OEMs engineering and service team 
• Support sales efforts by providing strong technical expertise on leads and projects 
• Helps customers solve technical issues related to Videojet products and solutions 
• Answers questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our hardware and software 

The essential requirements of the job include

• Technical Engineering degree or relevant work experience 
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience with printing and coding solutions, preferably with Videojet products and with emphasis on packaging and/or coding & marking 
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%-60% of time). Mainly in Poland but also Czech, Slovakia and major Eastern Europe Countries
• Native Polish speaker with fluent English read and write.
• Flexible and able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.   
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented  
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks  
• Capable of working with and building strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple complex projects with a high sense of urgency and quality
