We are looking for a customer-focused Odia Inbound Process Executive to handle inbound customer interactions and provide timely, accurate, and professional support. The role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong Odia/Oriya language proficiency, good Hindi communication skills, and the ability to understand and translate English content into Odia.

You will be responsible for handling customer queries, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer queries, requirements, concerns, and requests through active listening.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance based on established processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers in Odia/Oriya and Hindi.
• Read and understand English information and accurately communicate or translate relevant content into Odia.
• Maintain a polite, patient, and professional approach during customer interactions.
• Follow defined call-handling procedures, scripts, workflows, and quality standards.
• Resolve customer queries within the scope of the assigned process.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information accurately in the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer information responsibly.
• Meet defined service-quality, productivity, and customer-experience standards.
• Follow attendance, shift, compliance, and operational guidelines.
• Participate actively in training and continuously improve product, process, and customer-handling knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve process objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 0+ years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior customer service, BPO, voice process, or inbound calling experience will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Odia/Oriya is mandatory, preferably as a native or mother-tongue language.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
• Ability to read and understand English and communicate the information accurately in Odia.
• Strong customer-handling and active-listening skills.
• Clear, polite, and professional communication style.
• Good ability to understand customer concerns and respond appropriately.
• Patience and composure while handling different types of customer interactions.
• Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment, including shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 midnight.
• Willingness to work with four rotational weekly offs per month.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn customer-support systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record customer information.
• Ability to follow processes, guidelines, and quality standards consistently.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
