About this Occupational Therapist – Regaining Independence Service role at Liquid Personnel
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist for its client’s Regaining Independence Service (RIS) North West Team based in Horsham. This is a full-time agency role offering £35–£37 per hour. The position is available from October 2026 to March 2027 and offers a hybrid working arrangement.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will:
- Complete comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments.
- Set meaningful and outcome-focused goals with customers.
- Deliver specialist Occupational Therapy interventions to promote independence.
- Monitor progress and adapt support plans according to individual needs.
- Manage a varied caseload within the community.
- Work collaboratively with reablement providers, health professionals, and social care teams to support positive outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A relevant Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in community Occupational Therapy or reablement services is desirable.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- An Enhanced DBS check.
- The ability to work flexibly across the community and manage a varied caseload.
