Position Details
Role: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: San Jose / Bay Area
Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
Pay Range: $45–$50+ per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy treatments in accordance with physician orders and OT direction
Document daily treatments and weekly progress notes in compliance with state and board requirements
Collaborate with nursing staff to train Restorative Aides and support ongoing patient mobility
Communicate patient progress and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive treatment environment

Current California COTA license in good standing
