Your Role: The role of the O2C Credit & Collections Specialist with German is to ensure Credit Risk mitigation and maintain high service standards for our German and English-speaking markets. You will be responsible for end-to-end credit management, including financial analysis and collection activities, ensuring all processes are performed in a compliant and timely manner. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2027.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing top quality service to English and German speaking customers in Credit and Collections
  • In-depth analysis of all available customer financial statements, payment trends & financial ratios, market information
  • Regular timely analysis of customer portfolio to ensure timely payments
  • Monthly AR accounts reconciliations and presentation to relevant parties
  • Sales orders credit release in a compliant & timely manner
  • Performing Credit Limits reviews in a compliant & timely manner
  • Performing collection and precollection activities in a compliant & timely manner
  • Support for the whole O2C Team: flexibility in providing cover for team members
  • Ability to familiarize with applicable process documentation & training materials to ensure you operate in a fully compliant manner
  • Demonstrate a Continuous Improvement oriented approach
  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects as needed


What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • University degree (Bachelors or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in O2C or Finance function in a shared services or similar environment
  • Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels as well as external team members
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables
  • Attentive to details to ensure compliance and accurate reporting
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and analyzing multiple entities
  • Proficient in English and German are mandatory

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Experience with SAP is a plus
  • Experience with transition of the process will be an asset
