This position is intended for engineers with 1-3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, process development, continuous improvement, or New Product Introduction (NPI) environments. The role will support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new product launches while working closely with multidisciplinary and global teams.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Develop, document, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment, and production methods to support successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability and process readiness.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams focused on developing and deploying manufacturing platforms for new products.
  • Perform troubleshooting activities and root cause investigations to resolve manufacturing and process-related issues.
  • Support equipment setup, configuration, testing, and qualification activities.
  • Participate in technical reviews and collaborate with global stakeholders on project execution and process development.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout product and process development activities.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while effectively managing priorities and meeting project timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, industrialization, NPI, or related manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in product introduction, manufacturing process development, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
  • Experience using structured problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma tools (Yellow Belt or Green Belt preferred).
  • Understanding of DMAIC methodology.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Desired Characteristics


  • Experience with manufacturing development tools, templates, and standardization practices.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD for layout creation and manufacturing workspace design.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Exposure to global manufacturing environments and collaboration with international stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Experience supporting technical equipment setup, validation, or testing activities.
