We are looking for a new colleague in our team in Tab for NPI Engineer position.
NPI Engineer
What a typical day looks like:
Manages, coordinates and supervises the preparation and implementation of new projects
Participates in the review of customer quotations and engineering designs
Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration
Regular interaction with customers and executives on technical issues
Active participation in the preparation of the process and product FMEA plans and Control Plan
Initiates technical changes, introduce and tracks customer changes
Participate in Lean and Six Sigma projects for cost reduction; finds and implements development ideas
Revise alternatives and check the in-house component for continuous production
Makes sure that the products are safe and maintain high quality for the customers
Define training needs of new staff, actively participate in internal trainings
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
BSc/MSc degree in Engineering
Fluent English & Hungarian language knowledge
Previous experience in related field (manufacturing environment)
Being familiar with electrical manufacturing is an advantage
Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or experience is a plus
Strong ability to see the whole picture and to focus on important details
