Evening Shift Details: Full-Time hours 4:00pm to 12:00am or 5:00pm to 1:00am Sunday-Thursday

City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading building maintenance management company that helps businesses maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities. We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Night Manager to join our Oklahoma City team and help oversee evening operations.

Position Summary: The Night Manager at City Wide Facility Solutions plays a critical role in overseeing the quality of our cleaning operations during night shifts. This position entails managing relationships with Independent Contractors (IC), ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of service that meet client expectations. This isn't your typical office job! You'll be out in the field, visiting clients' properties to make sure they receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess the effectiveness of cleaning operations based on client feedback and contractual obligations.

• Develop strong working relationships with Independent Contractors to foster collaboration and ensure adherence to City Wide’s standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with operational guidelines and client specifications.

• Facilitate communication between field teams and management to report on daily operations and any urgent matters that arise.

• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.

• Oversee the execution of City Wide’s policies related to new client starts and complaints.

• Prepare and submit nightly reports summarizing the evening’s activities, observations, and issues requiring follow-up.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and maintain valid auto insurance.
• Must complete our behavioral and cognitive assessment.
• Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated individual.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Previous supervisory, janitorial, or facilities experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to travel between client locations throughout the evening.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and qualifies for the higher hourly rate.

Benefits

Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour starting pay
• $17.00 per hour for qualified bilingual candidates
