  • eCommerce Upselling: Identify and convert existing Shutterstock eCommerce customers into enterprise opportunities by leveraging usage signals and evolving customer needs.
  • Territory Strategy: Develop and execute territory plans, prioritizing high-potential accounts, market segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer challenges, creative workflows, and business objectives to develop compelling, tailored Shutterstock solutions.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales cycle, adapting between high-velocity transactional deals and complex multi-stakeholder opportunities while maintaining strong momentum and follow-through.

  • Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Shutterstock's full suite of products and solutions, adapting sales positioning as new offerings and packages are introduced.
  • Competitive & Market Intelligence: Gather and share actionable insights on ANZ competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and emerging creative trends to inform sales strategies, product improvements, and broader business decisions.
  • Sales Discipline: Manage multiple opportunities effectively, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver reliable weekly revenue forecasts.
  • Technology & Collaboration: Leverage new technologies, including AI tools, to improve prospecting, sales productivity, and workflow efficiency while collaborating with internal teams and sharing best practices.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of new business acquisition in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Demonstrated success in generating pipeline, closing deals, and consistently achieving new business revenue targets.
  • Ability to manage both high-volume transactional sales as well as complex multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
  • Strong prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and creative teams.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline and focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • Experience identifying upsell opportunities and converting self-service or eCommerce customers into enterprise relationships is an advantage.
  • Strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with creative workflows; experience in digital content, media, SaaS, or creative technology is an advantage.
  • Hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for results.
  • Highly adaptable and curious, with the ability to quickly learn new products, embrace change, and navigate an evolving creative and technology landscape.
  • Solution-oriented and tech-savvy, comfortable adopting new tools, including AI, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Positive, resilient, and collaborative, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
