This is an exciting opportunity for a Networking Engineer – Core Infrastructure Services to join our Global Network Services team.

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Signify's global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity across enterprise locations worldwide.

In this role you’ll focus on LAN, wireless networking, switching, monitoring, operational support, and infrastructure troubleshooting while helping establish Signify's in-house global network services organization.

• Support and maintain enterprise LAN, wireless, switching, and network connectivity services across a global environment.

• Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.

• Configure and support network switches, wireless access points, and enterprise network infrastructure components.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and operational health using enterprise monitoring platforms and tools.

• Execute infrastructure changes and operational improvements while following established change management procedures.

• Support network implementation projects, infrastructure upgrades, site deployments, and enterprise connectivity initiatives.

More About You

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe the following experience and capabilities will help you shine brightly in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise networking environments.

• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing, switching, and network administration.

• Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or similar network management tools.

• Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, Cisco ISE, wireless networking solutions, and network performance monitoring.

• Fluency in English is required.

*On-site position to be based in Panama City, Panama - open to consider candidates from all Latin America region willing to relocate.
