Job Description:

   

How you will make your mark:

    • Partner with the Networking CFO, Chief of Staff, and Finance Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and business objectives.
    • Lead and coordinate operational activities across the Networking Finance organization, ensuring alignment with leadership goals and business requirements.
    • Drive strategic projects that enable business growth, improve organizational effectiveness, and support transformation initiatives across the Networking business.
    • Develop, track, and operationalize KPI frameworks for the CFO and Finance Leadership Team, providing actionable insights and performance reporting.
    • Create executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews that support decision-making and organizational transparency.
    • Measure and communicate the impact of strategic initiatives, engagement programs, and operational improvements through data-driven reporting.
    • Manage the Finance organization's operating cadence, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and follow-up actions.
    • Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, and communication programs to strengthen culture, collaboration, and employee experience across a globally distributed Finance organization.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Communications, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver organizational priorities and initiatives.
    • Identify operational challenges, risks, and opportunities, driving actions through resolution while maintaining alignment with leadership objectives.
    • Support organizational change initiatives and help drive communication, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of new processes and programs.
    • Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leaders, helping translate strategic priorities into executable plans.

Education and Experience Required:

Typically 6-10 years work experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
 

About You:

    • Strong project and program management capabilities, including management of scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
    • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect operational activities to business outcomes.
    • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
    • Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Experience leading change initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement.
    • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do approach and strong bias for action.
