About the role 


We are seeking a Network Credit Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Elders Network Credit Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial success of our customers and business. Working within a collaborative team, you'll assess new credit applications, conduct client reviews, monitor debtor exposures and help manage credit risk, ensuring sound commercial outcomes while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with major clients and assist with establishment of new credit accounts
  • Assess financial information and evaluate credit applications for approval
  • Monitor and coordinate credit reviews
  • Prepare and/or review submissions for recommendation and approval
  • Assist with dispute resolution and recovery actions
  • Proactively assist/engage the business, by reviewing over limit or expired accounts
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for GM Credit and/or Regional Management


About you

  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of credit management, supported by sound commercial and business management experience
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, influence stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with sound computer literacy
  • Experience within the agricultural industry or an understanding of agribusiness operations will be highly regarded
  • Current and valid driver’s licence
