  • Perform system‑level troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis of integration issues; drive resolution with software, hardware, network, and cybersecurity teams.
  • Support definition and execution of integration and system test events, including test readiness, test conduct, data review, and discrepancy reporting.
  • Provide input to requirements and interface definitions based on integration realities and lessons learned.
  • Prepare and deliver clear integration status, risk/issue reports, and technical briefings to program leadership and customers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least some of relevant military / professional / academic experience
  • Must have experience in system integration and/or systems engineering on complex systems (e.g., multi‑subsystem, networked, or real‑time systems).
  • Must have familiarity with integration and test processes, defect tracking, and configuration management tools.
  • Must have an active US Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work hands‑on in lab environments and collaborate across disciplines.
  • Hands‑on experience with system bring‑up, lab/rig integration, hardware‑in‑the‑loop, or flight test support.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining integration lab environments (servers, networks, benches, instrumentation, cabling).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate integration tasks, test execution, data collection, or log analysis.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks or CI/CD tooling to support repeatable builds, deployments, and regression testing.
