The Human Resources Operations Systems Specialist will perform advanced transactions in the Workday system, serve as the EBS HR point of contact for reporting and act as an escalation point within HR Connect. The role will provide advanced customer service support to HR Leaders, People Leaders and employees by addressing their systems inquiries and questions. The role focuses on resolving complex HR transactions, analyzing problems to identify root causes, and enhancing overall system functionality. This role serves as a focal point for Workday and Service Now testing and researching of systemic issues.

What will you do:

• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with team members across functional areas, seeking input and assistance as needed.

• Responsibilities include Reporting, HR Systems Access issue resolution, Supervisory org updates and creation, password management, liaison with HRIT, testing and researching systemic issues, international transfers and executive moves processing.

• Provides secondary support for various other HR Connect tasks including processing transactions through Service Now tickets and Workday inbox items, terminations, job and organizational changes, anniversary award processing, job profile updates and code assignments, and related activities.

• The role requires sharing relevant information to ensure transparent knowledge transfer and enhance the overall capability of the HR functional team, while maintaining confidentiality in all transactions.

• May also provide backup for incoming calls, responding to voicemails, and converting calls and questions into tickets for closure or further vetting.

• This also involves managing incoming tickets in the HRC Queue and transferring them to the appropriate HR service for immediate processing.

• Coordinates with other EBS HR departments, COE team members and/or HRBPs as needed to research and resolve more complex issues.

• Ensures global alignment when changes are proposed or made in one region or the other (NA/SA) where applicable.

• Provides internal audit checks on transactions as requested by the HR Connect Leader and looks for cause/effect relationships to improve the processes.

• Evaluates and provides leader requested data regarding performance analytics for the HR systems (service now tickets, WD transactions, etc..).

• Provides basic analysis and makes recommendations for improvements.

What will you need:

• High school/GED required. Bachelor's degree in information technology or human resources preferred. 5 or more years of HR/payroll administrative or supporting role experience/Customer service experience

• Extensive experience with HRIS systems and Request systems (preferably Workday and Service Now)

• General knowledge of human resources, benefits administration, payroll, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and/or leave administration

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks

• Basic conflict resolution skills for handling employee situations
