About this Multimedia Designer role at Ryz Labs

RYZ Labs is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to join the creative team of one of our clients. This person will help transform ideas, concepts, and static designs into compelling animated experiences for digital channels, social media, marketing initiatives, and branded content.
What You’ll Do
• Turn creative concepts and static artwork into dynamic animations and engaging visual experiences.
• Produce motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, compositing, and other visual effects for a variety of digital content.
• Partner with video editors, designers, and other members of the creative team to bring projects from concept to final delivery.
• Adapt and animate existing visual assets while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines.
• Create flexible animation systems, templates, and reusable assets that can streamline future creative work.
• Collaborate with designers using Figma to understand layouts, visual direction, and design intent.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual solutions that improve the quality and impact of digital content.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of execution.
What We’re Looking For
• Professional experience in Motion Graphics, Motion Design, Animation, or a similar creative discipline.
• Solid knowledge of animation fundamentals, including timing, rhythm, transitions, composition, and movement.
• Experience creating visual content for social media, digital campaigns, video, or branded experiences.
• Familiarity with Figma and the ability to work from existing design files and layouts.
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with an understanding of how motion can support storytelling and communication.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with designers, editors, and other creative professionals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work in a remote environment.
• A portfolio that showcases motion work, animation, and creative visual storytelling.
