What You'll Do

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automation faults

  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

  • Complete root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

  • Update maintenance records using the CMMS system

  • Support site projects and equipment upgrades

  • Issue permits and supervise contractors when required

What We Need From You

  • Relevant electrical qualification

  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience with a strong electrical bias

  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or automated environments

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and use workshop equipment

  • Experience with PLCs, automation, or robotics is highly desirable

  • Safety-focused with a proactive and team-oriented approach

  • Passion for improving equipment performance and reliability
