Job Description:
Parsons is looking for mission-ready Multi-Domain Autonomous System Specialists to join our team in support of long-term OCONUS operations! In this role, you will support high-visibility protective operations at U.S. diplomatic facilities in Iraq (Baghdad and Erbil) and Beirut, Lebanon in support of U.S. Government clients. You will monitor airspace for UAS threats, conduct real-time coordination with government and interagency partners, and provide both operational and technical support for the client’s C-UxS program. This position requires 24/7 shift work and 100% long-term OCONUS assignment. **This is a (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitoring multiple C-UxS capabilities ensuring real-time airspace awareness and reporting events in accordance with local SOPs.
Safely operating and articulating C-UAS mitigation capabilities in accordance with local SOP and direction from authorized U.S. Government representatives.
Conducting real-time coordination with military, law enforcement, and interagency partners during operations.
Providing shift coverage for 24/7 operations including nights, weekends, and holidays as mission requires.
Supporting C-UxS demonstrations, testing, evaluations, and training.
Performing technical inspections, system checks, fault diagnosis, and LRU replacement to restore C-UxS systems to full functionality.
Conducting scheduled maintenance, daily and/or weekly log pulls, and remote system health monitoring.
Producing accurate written documentation including maintenance reports, operational logs, incident reports, and technical assessments.
Sustaining long-term OCONUS assignments at U.S. diplomatic facilities in Iraq (Baghdad and Erbil) and Beirut, Lebanon.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's STEM Degree related to area with 0+ years of related professional experience
Experience with shift work, watchstanding, or 24/7 operations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
SECRET Security Clearance (minimum); TS/SCI preferred.
U.S. citizenship and valid U.S. passport (or ability to obtain).
Ability to obtain a Class 1 DOS medical clearance.
Willingness and ability to sustain 100% long-term OCONUS assignment in Iraq and Lebanon in high-threat diplomatic environments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification.
Military experience in Air Traffic Control, Air Defense, Radar, Communications, Intelligence, Aviation, or Security Forces.
Law enforcement or security operations background.
Experience flying Group 1-2 rotary or fixed-wing.
Experience with RF technologies, radar systems, computer networks, or electronic systems.
Combat or high-tempo operational deployment experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience in operational settings.
Academic experience through accredited programs.
