As a MuleSoft Integration Senior Associate you will support the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions within our Software Engineering practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to translate business needs into integration outcomes. In this role at PwC, you will help deliver API, middleware, and enterprise integration work across digital platforms, contributing to solution architecture, planning, execution, and stabilization activities within a client support environment.

Responsibilities

- Designing and delivering MuleSoft integration solutions across APIs, middleware, and connected platforms
- Leading assigned workstreams from requirements analysis through solution design, build, testing, and stabilization
- Translating business needs into integration patterns, functional specifications, and technical delivery plans
- Developing reusable APIs and service interfaces using MuleSoft tools and architecture principles
- Coordinating integration testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities across development teams
- Reviewing technical work for alignment with coding standards, interface design, and implementation requirements
- Troubleshooting integration issues across application, data, and network layers to support reliable system flow
- Supporting client discussions on architecture, delivery status, risks, and implementation tradeoffs
- Mentoring junior team members through code review, problem solving, and delivery guidance
- Contributing to process improvements in integration development, automation, and continuous delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating experience delivering MuleSoft integration solutions within client engagements
- Applying API management, REST, SOAP, and microservices concepts in delivery
- Utilizing CI/CD, testing, and code review practices in software projects
- Collaborating across teams to translate business requirements into integration designs
- Mentoring junior team members while navigating ambiguity and complexity
