Job Description
Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Architect
Experience Required
- Total Experience: 10+ years in IT
- Relevant Experience:
- 6 to 9+ years in MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform)
- 3 to 5+ years in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive integration architecture aligned with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Design and implement API-led connectivity architecture (System, Process, Experience layers).
- Lead the development and deployment of MuleSoft applications and APIs on Anypoint Platform.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance across APIs and integrations.
- Perform code reviews, design reviews, and performance tuning for MuleSoft applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
- Define best practices for error handling, logging, monitoring, and observability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub, DataWeave)
- API design (RAML/OpenAPI)
- Extensive experience in:
- AWS cloud architecture and services
- Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Messaging, Event-driven architecture)
- Proficiency in:
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Maven, XML, JSON, DataWeave
- Experience with:
- Microservices architecture
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes – optional but preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Security standards (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, etc.)
- API lifecycle management and governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
