  • Guide MSPs in cost-optimized architecture choices to support the packaging and automation of their Splunk service offerings.
  • Oversee architectural and operational assessments in collaboration with Splunk Professional Services to promote continuous improvement.
  • Build and sustain a regional technical community by running monthly roundtables and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration.
  • Deliver targeted technical enablement to address MSP capability gaps, uplifting engineering maturity and certification levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with Splunk and Cisco architectures, frameworks, and go-to-market motions.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience working directly with or for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in a technical capacity, such as pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, partner enablement, or delivery.
  • Experience deploying, configuring, or managing Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise environments.
  • Experience implementing or managing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics.
  • Experience delivering MSP operations, including technical onboarding and architecture validation.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience designing multi-tenant architectures and implementing cost-optimization strategies.
  • Experience developing packaged managed service solutions or commercial technical offerings.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in Italian and/or French.
