Position Summary:
As a Molding Technician, you will help keep our molding process running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll inspect equipment, perform tool changes, solve technical issues, and support production quality. This role is hands-on and requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.
What you’ll do:
Monitor and inspect the molding process to maintain high efficiency and quality.
Respond to equipment alarms and make necessary adjustments.
Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) techniques.
Clean molds daily and complete shutdown/start-up activities.
Record process data and keep logs up to date.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
Train and support new team members.
Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of plastics and injection molding processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in molding or manufacturing is a plus.
Basic proficiency in English

Kao tehničar za brizganje plastike, bit ćete odgovorni za nesmetan i učinkovit rad procesa brizganja. Vaš posao uključuje nadzor opreme, promjenu alata, rješavanje tehničkih problema i osiguravanje kvalitete proizvodnje. Tražimo osobu koja je precizna, snalažljiva i voli timski rad.
Vaše odgovornosti:
Nadzor i kontrola procesa brizganja radi održavanja visoke učinkovitosti i kvalitete.
Reakcija na upozorenja opreme i podešavanje postavki.

Svakodnevno čišćenje kalupa i obavljanje aktivnosti gašenja/pokretanja strojeva.
Vođenje evidencije i ažuriranje podataka o procesu.
Otklanjanje kvarova i popravak opreme po potrebi.
Obuka i podrška novim članovima tima.
Osiguravanje sigurnog i organiziranog radnog okruženja.

Znanje o plastici i procesima brizganja plastike.
Sposobnost rješavanja problema i otklanjanja kvarova.
Dobre komunikacijske vještine i timski duh.
Preciznost i proaktivnost.
Srednja škola tehničkog usmjerenja.
Iskustvo u brizganju ili proizvodnji je prednost.
Osnovno znanje engleskog jezika
