As a Mobile App Developer - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation, focusing on developing transformative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that enhance business performance and revolutionize industries. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery, encouraging others to do the same. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative mobile applications to enhance user experiences
- Managing and mentoring software engineering teams to deliver quality software solutions
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and SwiftUI to design and code mobile applications
- Overseeing the application lifecycle management, including planning, coding, testing, and maintenance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software development processes
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to validate software performance and reliability
- Driving the adoption of microservices architecture and enterprise application integration for scalable solutions
- Engaging in strategic planning and execution to align software development projects with business objectives
- Encouraging team development by fostering a culture of learning and embracing technology and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency in at least one mobile stack:iOS: Swift + SwiftUI/UIKit
Android: Kotlin (or Java) + Jetpack Compose
Cross-platform: React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Flutter (Dart)
Solid grasp of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture)
Understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle — build, test, release, app store submission
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies for software projects
- Excelling in client management and relationship building within technology consulting
- Demonstrating proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and Kotlin
- Leveraging experience in microservices architecture and enterprise application integration
- Managing software development projects with strategic planning and execution
- Embracing innovation through continuous integration and delivery practices
