Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Verwaltung suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige und strukturierte Aushilfe auf Minijob-Basis.
Als wichtiges Glied in unserem administrativen Ablauf sorgst du dafür, dass im Hintergrund alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Deine Kernaufgaben umfassen folgende Aufgaben:
- Büroorganisation: Du bist verantwortlich für die zuverlässige Abwicklung des täglichen Posteingangs und Postausgangs.
- Auftragsbearbeitung: Du unterstützt uns tatkräftig bei der Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, speziell im wichtigen Bereich der Patientenversorgung mit Atemwegstherapien.
- Kaufmännische Abwicklung: Du kümmerst dich um die Bearbeitung von Angeboten und übernimmst die sorgfältige Buchung der Belege für unsere Geräteauslieferungen.

- PC- & Office-Kenntnisse: Du bringst solide Grundkenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket mit (z. B. Word, Excel, Outlook) und hast keine Scheu davor, dich in neue EDV-Programme einzuarbeiten.
- Sorgfalt & Zuverlässigkeit: Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailgenau und behältst auch bei der Erfassung von Aufträgen und Belegen für die Patientenversorgung stets den Überblick.
- Kommunikation & Hintergrund: Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; erste Büroerfahrung ist willkommen, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger sind herzlich eingeladen, sich zu bewerben.
