Why this role exists:

This role exists to own and scale GR8 TECH’s external social presence across two vital growth vectors. You’ll help us amplify our industry authority and build meaningful B2B engagement by running the social media strategy for Bet It Drives Media and turning our C-level executives into recognized thought leaders across LinkedIn and Instagram.

What you’ll drive:

Strategy & Media Brand Ownership (Bet It Drives)

• Build and execute the end-to-end organic social strategy for Bet It Drives Media on LinkedIn and Instagram to grow audience reach and drive platform traffic.

• Produce high-quality, platform-native content formats (posts, graphic copy, video briefs) aligned with content pillars and target audience preferences.

• Measure account performance rigorously, tracking follower growth, impressions, engagement rates, and click-throughs to optimize future content cycles.

Executive Personal Branding & Social Selling

• Manage the personal LinkedIn presence for two C-level executives, delivering up to 8 high-impact posts per month per profile.

• Conduct bi-weekly extraction calls with executives to gather raw expert insights and translate them into distinct, authentic thought-leadership content.

• Grow the Social Selling Index (SSI), personal follower counts, and overall industry authority for both executive profiles within the B2B tech space.

Delivery, Copywriting & Production

• Write compelling, native English copy tailored to different brand voices, formats, and platform algorithms.

• Partner with internal graphic designers and video editors to create visually engaging multimedia assets for social calendars.

• Maintain a synchronized content calendar across all three streams, ensuring zero missed publishing dates and consistent brand alignment.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management and copywriting.

• Fluent written English skills with a strong portfolio of actual written posts (not just visual portfolios).

• Proven track record building, executing, and analyzing organic LinkedIn strategies and algorithms.

• Hands-on experience launching, managing, or growing accounts on Instagram.

• Demonstrated experience working directly with senior/C-level stakeholders to extract insights and write in an executive voice.

• Strong project management capacity to run multiple parallel content calendars without losing quality or missing deadlines.

• Solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics (or a clear track record of transferring B2C experience into complex SaaS/tech spaces).

Nice-to-have

• Proven experience launching a social media account from scratch and growing it to concrete performance milestones.

• Direct domain exposure to iGaming, FinTech, SaaS, or high-load B2B tech industries.

• Prior experience managing social channels for a podcast, B2B media outlet, or digital publication.
