15K SIGN ON BONUS FOR ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES
- Prepare monthly staffing schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring adequate coverage for scheduled and add-on cases.
- Assist with performance evaluations, corrective actions, coaching, and counseling of team members.
- Maintain and submit required personnel documentation in a timely manner.
- Utilize time effectively and complete assigned duties within designated timeframes with minimal supervision.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with internal and external customers, both in person and by telephone.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Participate in hourly rounding utilizing the AIDET communication framework to support patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Incorporate Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.
- Monitor staff compliance with customer service expectations and reinforce organizational service excellence goals.
- Adhere to organizational standards for professional appearance and dress code compliance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient flow and facilitate timely admissions, discharges, and transfers in accordance with hospital policies.
- Assist the Nurse Leader or designee with maintaining and updating unit records, reports, forms, and departmental documentation.
- Support operational efficiency and departmental goals through active teamwork and collaboration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and other computer-based productivity tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage competing priorities.

Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 1+ experience as an RN in critical care or relevant specialty area [Preferred]
- 1+ leadership experience [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
$32.76 - $57.47Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
