As a Senior Manager and Microsoft D365 F&O Solution Architect, you’ll help clients transform and optimise their businesses through Microsoft technology. You’ll combine strong solution architecture skills with hands-on D365 F&O expertise across finance, manufacturing, supply chain and warehouse management, shaping solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Working with clients across industries, you’ll challenge traditional approaches, explore emerging technologies and act as a trusted advisor. You’ll join a collaborative, growing team with opportunities to develop your technical, consulting and leadership capabilities.

What your days will look like:

  • Lead and oversee multiple Microsoft D365 implementation and optimisation projects, shaping solutions across business processes, technology and organisational change.

  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships, bringing fresh thinking and challenging established approaches to deliver practical transformation and measurable business value.
  • Drive growth through proposals, pitches and business development, while leading and developing high-performing teams, building external networks and strengthening the profile of the Microsoft practice

This role is for you if:

  • Expertise in Microsoft D365 F&O solution architecture, designing scalable solutions, customisations and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Sound functional knowledge across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and warehouse management, translating business requirements into effective technology solutions.
  • Skilled in process discovery and solution design, including fit-gap analysis, requirements evaluation and the development of clear functional designs and recommendations.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving, using Microsoft and third-party technologies to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges.
  • Confident consulting and communication capabilities, facilitating workshops, demonstrating D365 functionality and presenting solutions and proofs of concept to stakeholders.
  • Commercial and delivery capability, contributing to presales, solution scoping and statements of work, while working collaboratively to manage scope, change and successful delivery.
